The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should reject the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Lease of State and Municipal Property” (re prohibition to lease out international airports, airdromes and airdrome objects)

The bill (Reg. No. 2300) suggests making amendments to article 4 of the Law “On Lease of State and Municipal Property”, under which objects of state ownership of national significance can be neither leased out, nor privatized according to article 5 of the Law “On Privatization of State Property”.

Attention was attached to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat. Experts believe that the title of the bill does not correspond to its content.
